Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if project conditions, scope, or material selections change. An estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Scheduling & Performance

We make every effort to complete work on the agreed timeline. However, weather, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions may affect scheduling. We will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due, will be set out in your written project agreement. Any promotional offers (such as a discount on qualifying jobs) are subject to the conditions stated at the time of the offer and cannot be combined unless expressly noted.

Warranties

Workmanship and materials may be covered by warranties as described in your project agreement and by the applicable manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are provided directly by the product manufacturer and are subject to their terms.
